Ordering
What size should I buy?
The size chart serves a general guideline for helping you find your right size in LOGINSUMMER. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our swimwear Experts on chat, email or phone. Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.
How do I return a pre-order?
For pre-orders, please contact our customer service team via email at servicecenter@loginsummer.com to get your return started and completed. Pre-orders have 30 days from the delivery date to send back and receive a full refund.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
What shipping providers do you use?
We use DHL for all D.E. orders. Ground shipping for D.E. orders may take up to 5-9 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
What is our return policy?
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from www.loginsummer.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
How do I return an item?
Simply submit your return request with servicecenter@loginsummer.com provided and you will receive a shipping label via email. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
International Customers:
Please note for international customers the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Duties/Taxes are non-refundable for returns.
How soon will I get my refund?
You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

How do I care for my Swimwear?
LOGINSUMMER Swimwear are made with the highest quality fabrics and delicate crochet details. To keep your Frankies Bikinis in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.
- Handwash with a mild detergent in cold water only
- Hang dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
- Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
- High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
- Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini
What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?
Please email us your Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged so we can get you a replacement asap!
