Refund policy
We offer quick and simple returns within 30 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% happy with your online order conditions apply.
Please consider these things before returning:
We offer full refunds on products returned providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
- Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel.
- Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
Domestic (DE) Orders:
You can start a return through our Return and Exchange Portal.
We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the following fees may be withheld from refunds:
A return shipping fee (usually €5-10)
The credit card processing fee from your order (roughly 3% of order value that is kept by the credit card processor)
When returning multiple orders, please make sure each item is shipped using the return label associated with the correct product. Shipping items with mixed up labels may result in refunds not being issued correctly.
International Orders:
For international orders, please contact Loginsummer Customer Service to initiate a return for refund.
We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders or accept exchanges through our Germany site. We do not have control over duties and taxes for return shipments, and customers may be responsible for paying such fees if and when they are enforced by customs agencies.

Timing of Refunds:
Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days from when they arrive at our returns handling facility. You may follow your return tracking number to see when your package is delivered.
